Photovoltaic Program
Loans or rebates for installing qualifying photovoltaic systems

Who is eligible?
All members.

Qualifying PV systems must be net metered and comply with Salem Electric's Net Metering Policy. Systems must meet Oregon Department of Energy (ODOE) requirements and installers must be ODOE-certified. PV systems cannot exceed a generation capacity of 25 kW.
