Energy Smart Design Incentives are available for improving the energy efficiency of commercial buildings. Who is eligible: New and existing Salem Electric commercial customers. A free energy audit is performed by Salem Electric. The owner or occupant is provided with a list of energy saving recommendations. Incentives are available to install conservation measures (i.e. lighting, heating/cooling system, controls, etc.).
