Energy $avings Plan Incentives are available for energy saving improvements to the manufacturing process. Who is eligible: Salem Electric industrial customers involved in a manufacturing process. Preliminary meetings will identify potentially eligible projects. The program may also fund an energy review which details potential energy savings. Incentives are paid based on estimated energy savings. A report is submitted by the customer verifying that the installation is complete prior to the incentive payment.
