Loan Program Who is eligible: Salem Electric customers participating in the WeatherWise Heat Pump or Energy Smart Design programs. Interest rates are currently 5%. Loan amounts range from $500 minimum to $5,000 maximum, $7,500 if you're participating in both programs.
