Electric Vehicle (EV) Registration Incentive

As electric vehicle (EV) adoption increases, Salem Electric must plan for system reliability and design programs that benefit our membership. To better understand the EV charging habits of our members, we need your feedback. Complete this EV registration form and receive a $50 incentive (available to eligible members).

Eligibility Criteria

Must be an active Salem Electric member.
Must own or lease an EV or Plug-in Hybrid EV with a minimum 2 kWh on-board battery.
Eligible vehicles must have current registration with the Oregon OMV at a service address within Salem Electric’s service area.
Must provide proof of active Oregon DMV registration for verification (can be a scanned document or a clear, legible photo image).
Members are eligible to receive one incentive per vehicle (applied as a bill credit). A separate form must be completed for each vehicle.
