Sometimes we need your help to know when streetlights are out, or not working properly. If a streetlight is out or malfunctioning in your neighborhood, please report it so that it can be repaired.

How to Identify a Pole

Each pole that has Salem Electric equipment on it is identified with a small metal tag about 5 or 6 feet from the ground. The pole number engraved on the tag identifies the exact location of the pole. Please provide us with the nearest street address and/or pole number when reporting a streetlight problem to help us locate the light.
