Welcome to Salem Electric.
Salem Electric is a not-for-profit cooperative corporation owned by the members it serves. To start service, a one-penny membership fee and a completed membership application is required. By accepting service from Salem Electric you agree to abide by the bylaws, policies, and procedures of the cooperative.

Our office is located at 633 7th Street NW, Salem, Oregon and our staff is available to answer your questions and assist you in person, by phone 503-362-3601, or by email se@SalemElectric.com, Monday—Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. except major holidays.
After hours we can be reached for emergencies 24 hours a day at 503-362-3601.
What can I do with my account?
You can access your electric bill and account information online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with SmartHub®. Creating an account takes less than three minutes and SmartHub is highly secure, utilizing data encryption, to ensure all data is continuously protected.
