Make real-time payments with cash at participating locations. Go to SmartHub > Bill & Pay > Pay by Cash. A $1.50 convenience fee is charged by the service provider.

We are happy to assist you in our office located at 633 7th Street Northwest, Salem, OR. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. excluding holidays, and we are closed from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Open 24-hours a day. The kiosk accepts cash, checks, or credit cards. Located outside our office.

Billing Options
Average Pay
Average your bill to avoid monthly ups and downs. Average Pay is available for residential members who have had continuous service at their current location for at least 12 months.
Prepaid Billing
With prepaid billing, you choose how and when you pay for electricity, the same way you buy gasoline or a prepaid phone card.
