Facility Project Update
Due to inflation and material cost escalations, Salem Electric will be recommending that facilities projects and updates be implemented in phases, starting with the most crucial items. A formal recommendation will be presented to the Board once the design process is complete.
General Manager’s Report
Tony Schacher shared that the next step in the development, implementation, and potential adoption of the 2028 Bonneville Power Administration contract is to continue to participate in meetings with the Northwest Requirements Utility and the Public Power Council.
